SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Proper care and responsible storage are key to maintaining the durability and lifelike quality of your love doll. Below are essential safety guidelines:
1.    Avoid Direct Sunlight Exposure
Please do not leave your doll under direct sunlight for extended periods. Ultraviolet rays can affect the pigmentation of the TPE or silicone skin, leading to discoloration or fading. While occasional light exposure is harmless, long-term sunlight contact may permanently alter the skin tone.
2.    Protect from Dust and Debris
Keep your doll stored in a clean, dust-free environment. Dust particles can adhere to the slightly oily surface of the TPE material, making cleaning more challenging over time and potentially compromising the aesthetic finish. Use a dust cover or a cloth bag for storage if necessary.
3.    Do Not Submerge in Water for Prolonged Periods
Your doll is not waterproof, and prolonged immersion in water can damage the internal skeleton and joints. If bathing is necessary, use a light sponge bath or gently wipe down the body with a damp cloth. Avoid getting water into any orifices, joint areas, or around the neck.
4.    Be Mindful of Dark-Colored Clothing and Bedding
Dark-colored garments and dyed bed sheets may transfer color onto the doll’s skin due to the porous nature of TPE. Always wash new clothing before dressing your doll, and avoid leaving the doll in contact with dark or vibrant fabrics for extended periods. Skin staining can be difficult or impossible to remove.
5.    Temperature Control for Storage
Store your doll in a controlled environment with temperatures ranging between 5°C and 35°C (41°F–95°F). Exposing the doll to heat above 35°C (95°F) can cause the skin to melt or warp. Extreme cold may make the TPE or silicone brittle. Avoid placing your doll near radiators, heaters, or in cars under the sun.
6.    Avoid Compression or Squeezing During Storage
Never store your doll in a compressed position or under heavy objects. Doing so may result in permanent deformation of the limbs or body. The best position for storage is flat on her back, or upright with proper suspension or support. You can also use a hanging kit or stand if your doll has standing feet.

CLEANING AND MAINTAINING
To maintain hygiene and skin softness, your love doll requires regular cleaning. Even if the doll is not in use, monthly maintenance is recommended to prevent oil build-up and dust accumulation.
1.    Understand the Material: TPE Characteristics
The doll is made of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), which contains natural oils. Over time, these oils may seep out of the surface, giving the skin a slightly oily feel. This is completely normal. It is a sign that the material is alive and flexible—but it also requires regular care.
2.    Proper Cleaning Method
When cleaning your doll, gently wipe the skin using a soft towel soaked in warm water. Avoid using hot water, as it may affect the elasticity of the material. Do not use alcohol-based cleaners, strong acids, or industrial disinfectants, as these can degrade the skin and cause tears or cracks. Specialized toy cleaning sprays or mild antibacterial soaps are the safest options.
3.    Drying and Powdering the Doll
After cleaning, thoroughly pat the skin dry with a clean towel. Moisture trapped in creases or orifices can lead to mold or bacteria growth. Once the skin is dry, apply a thin layer of baby powder or cornstarch powder all over the body. This keeps the surface silky, reduces stickiness, and prevents dust from adhering. Avoid using talcum powder with fragrances or chemicals.
4.    Cleaning Internal Cavities
For intimate use, it's very important to clean the orifices (vaginal, anal, or oral) with specialized cleaning kits. A vaginal irrigator or douche can be used to gently flush the interior with warm water and toy cleaner. Allow all internal areas to dry fully before sealing or storing the doll.
5.    Hair and Wig Care
If your doll includes a wig, remove it during cleaning. Wash the wig separately using mild shampoo and let it air dry naturally. Avoid combing the wig when wet, and do not use heat-styling tools unless the wig is rated for high temperatures.

INTERNAL SKELETON & POSING
Your doll is equipped with a built-in internal skeleton that provides a wide range of motion, allowing for lifelike poses and interaction. The joints are designed to mimic natural human movement while offering a balance between flexibility and durability.
1.    Head Movement
The doll's head can be gently moved up and down, or turned side to side. Avoid excessive force or rotation beyond natural limits to prevent damage to the neck joint or tearing of the skin.
2.    Arm Positioning
The arms can be lifted and rotated at the shoulder, allowing for natural arm positions such as reaching forward or resting by the sides. The elbows and wrists are bendable, enabling the doll to fold her arms or place her hands on her lap or chest.
3.    Torso Flexibility
The doll’s waist allows for forward and backward bending, enabling sitting, kneeling, or upright poses. Some advanced skeletons may also allow for twisting side to side, which increases the doll’s range of postures.
4.    Leg Mobility
The legs can typically bend up to 90 degrees at the hips and knees. This makes it possible for the doll to sit in a chair or on a bed in a realistic posture. When posing, always support the joints with both hands and avoid abrupt motions.
5.    Standing Feature (if applicable)
If your doll has standing feet, she can be posed upright using proper support. Please avoid letting the doll stand unsupported for long periods, as this may strain the ankles or feet.

ADDITIONAL TIPS
•    Avoid placing sharp objects near the doll’s surface, as TPE is susceptible to cuts and punctures.
•    If any tears appear on the skin, small damages can be repaired using TPE glue or repair kits (available from your doll’s manufacturer).
•    For long-term storage, consider storing the doll in its original foam-lined box or using a doll suspension system.
•    Always handle the doll with care and patience, especially when changing clothes or moving joints.
